The community boasts views of the mountains with the common area consisting of landscaped slopes maintained by a professional landscape company.

In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is governed by a variety of active committees. The Board and the Committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers, appointed by the Board of Directors and assisted by Avalon Management, a local professional management company.
